We were so appreciative of all the time and effort Celia put in for us. We did not live in Parksville, and so had to rely on searching out homes via the computer. We emailed back and forth constantly and also had many phone calls. When the time came for us to finally go to Parksville and see the homes, we had a long list to look at. Celia spent many hours taking us around to more homes than I can remember. She seemed to be aware of when we were tiring out and not being as observant as we should, and so was very meticulous in pointing things out to us. We did eventually find the perfect home and are so pleased with it.
One last thing we would like to say is that we found Celia to be an extremely personable person and we got along so well. And we do think she went above and beyond the call of duty. We were so anxious to move in to our new home that we planned on just sleeping on the floor the first night, as the movers weren't arriving till the next day. However, there was a problem coming over on the ferry, we were quite delayed, and she was so kind as to meet us at our house at midnight to deliver the key!

I would like to say how competent I found Celia to be and how patient she was to take us to different apartments to view. She knew exactly what we wanted and when an apartment came up for sale which she received across her desk, that same day she telephoned us to see if we would like to view it, even before the apartment had been advertised.
